10-Week MBLC Course
A holistic weekly course to provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to live mindfully. In person or online. Delivered in a group setting with other students, where you will engage in meditation practices, seminars, inquiry into your experiences and learning tools to integrate mindfulness into your every day life. Who I Am
I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from California, with a Master of Science degree in Mindfulness Studies from University of Aberdeen. I currently reside in the Stockholm archipelago in Sweden with my family. My lifelong passion for living mindfully has led to the creation of this space, where I invite you to journey home to yourself, becoming empowered through nurturing your own authenticity with mindfulness practices and techniques. My teaching is experiential so that I guide you from my own practice, providing me with invaluable insight into the human condition and connecting with you in this shared human experience. I look forward to this crossing of our journeys together.
