Mindfulness-Based Living Course
This 10-week course, led in groups that are online or in person, guides you through a holistic curriculum filled with useful information and engaging mindfulness practices that will help you live your life the mindful way- with peace, joy, increased resilience, and self-empowerment that is rooted in your connection with your innate wisdom.
Each weekly session lasts 1.5 - 2 hours and includes a discussion on the application and benefits of mindfulness practice, backed by the latest findings in neuroscience and psychology. I guide you through different meditations and other easy-to-follow practices that you can then apply on your own to your everyday life. In this course, we move through three main themes that work beautifully together to cultivate the life you want and deserve: mindfulness, compassion, and insight.
When we gift ourselves the opportunity to practice mindfulness, we strengthen an innate ability we didn´t know we had but that is always here waiting for us in the present moment. The stronger we build our “mindfulness muscle,” the easier it becomes to approach all areas of life with peace and wisdom, so that mindfulness is not just a practice but a whole mindset.
