Drop-In Sessions

Join me to practice mindfulness, online or in-person. Each 40-minute session includes an informative discussion on various aspects of mindfulness, followed by a meditation practice and other scientifically-backed tips, tricks and strategies to employ in your everyday life. Students report leaving these sessions feeling centred, grounded and rejuvenated.
