Mindful Micro Sessions

My 30‑minute micro sessions are designed specifically for the busy woman who carries the quiet weight of tending to everyone and everything else before herself. This is your mindful, intentional pause — a simple, repeated act of reconnecting with your breath, your body, and your inner strength. This reconnection gently empowers and grounds you in presence. When practiced in community with other women, your healing becomes amplified.

Each session creates a small but meaningful reset — easing stress, softening tension, and restoring clarity. Over time, these brief moments of presence become an anchor, supporting you to move through your day with more calm, balance, and restored energy.

The days and times of these sessions have been carefully selected for maximum benefit:

*The Sunday evening micro session (7:30pm CET) offers a soft landing at the end of the weekend and a step into the new week feeling centred and clear.

*The Tuesday morning micro session (6:30am or 8:30am CET) helps you to reset and rejuvenate midweek, while setting a steady, intentional tone for the day ahead.

Once you’ve selected your micro-session preference, you will receive a Zoom link with access to your session(s).
